Truth. Life is full of so many things. I like to think change is necessary. We all change a lot over a lifetime. Sometimes for the better, sometimes for worse. Still, change is a necessary growth process.

Why it has to be one person changing from time to time, while others remain rigid, judgemental and critical of every minute change in the transformation?

Not directed at you so don’t get offended.
Change should be for all to evolve not just to survive.
Because you can only control what you do, and no one else. And change starts from one person, no matter who it is. So either you can wait for others, or do it yourself. The latter is my kind of strategy
