The nightfall wonders

Breeze. Warm light spring breeze. The fresh aroma of wet stones purified by the new spring leaves danced around. The breeze carried the little streams of water to small distances now and then, just to come back to where they belonged. The scent of newly opened wine lingered around the air, making the whole atmosphere a bit tipsy. This wasn’t an excuse for the mishaps about to happen. There wasn’t any physical presence, but the soulful entity of the universe embraced the blue night. The moonlight played hide and seek with the trees, ingeniously teasing the ones looking for it. ┬áThe breeze was back. The way it started flirting with the hair reminded of a kid in the playground lost in his own world of limitless imagination and happiness. The whole thing together was a perfect orchestra. A free concert you can’t afford to miss. Yet there were no physical beings in the sight. People, sometimes, do miss the best and settle for the mediocre for the sake of others. But was that it? The best?

I don’t know yet.
